Annual Price Increase Information

Over the past several years, the internet and telecommunications industry has experienced significant cost increases

driven by global supply chain pressures, rising operational expenses, and higher pricing from our network and

equipment suppliers. In particular, many of the legacy products and components required to maintain and support

existing infrastructure have seen substantial increases in manufacturer and wholesale costs. These legacy elements

remain critical to ensuring reliability, stability, and continuity for our customers, especially in areas where upgrades

require specialised or hard-to-source materials.

 

Despite our ongoing efforts to absorb these increases through operational efficiencies and long-term supplier

agreements, the continued rise in costs has reached a point where an adjustment is required to maintain the level of

service, speed, and reliability you expect from us.

 

What this means for you

As of 01/02/2026, the monthly price of your legacy service(s) including ADSL, ISDN, FTTC & PSTN lines will

increase by 23% and all other services will increase by 7.5%. All other aspects of your plan, including service quality

and support, remain unchanged.
